Do you feel like your Collin County tax appraisal is too high?
You may protest if you disagree with any of the Collin County appraisal district’s actions concerning your property. This generally includes such things as appraised values, exemptions, special appraisal, and errors.
However, you must file a written protest no later than May 31 or 30 days after the Collin County appraisal district mailed a notice of appraised value to you, whichever date is later.
