“Our utility costs are lower than we have experienced before when we lived in central Dallas. We use Atmos for the natural gas service, and the City of Sachse provides the standard utilities. We use an electricity broken to shop and alter our electrical service as needed throughout the year. We have been with Frontier since we moved in almost 5 years ago, their internet service is great, and have 1Gig Fiber Internet.
With all the underground electrical and water utilities, whenever there has been deep freezes with wide spread community impact, our house never lost power and our pipes never froze. A few years ago when the outside temperatures were below 20F for over a week, and most people were without power, we were able to host friends and take care of others since we had power, wifi, and a warm house.”
