Looking for a Starter Home or Downsizing?

When we asked the sellers what they loved about living here, they said,

The things we love about Princeton are that it is growing with lots of new families and new businesses. It is also close to the lake which is nice. Bridgewater is great for finding friends and for community get togethers. It has amazing amenities like 2 pools (one with a lazy river and kids area) a gym, beach volleyball, basketball courts, multiple playgrounds, and a dog park for little and big pups. It is really great for walks by the ponds or just having a picnic on the large grassy areas.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the cute neighborhood. We liked that it was a brand new home with a decent sized back yard, great amenities, new appliances, and an engaging community with new families always moving in. We love to take walks at night through the community, go to community events throughout the year and just hang out by the pool on hot summer months. 

A few other things I can mention are that my family has been brought fresh bread 3-4 times over the past year (the neighbors are truly very kind). Our neighborhood has an active Facebook group that I’ve used to borrow some jumper cables and lent out multiple ingredients over the past few years here. The neighbors do an excellent job helping each other and supporting each other with important information. This area is growing nonstop and now is an excellent time to make an investment in it.

The Princeton area is wonderful to watch sunsets on the edge of the lake, or from the neighborhood pond. It has the restaurants and grocery stores of a very large city but still feels like you are in a small town where you get the chance to know those around you. We love to eat at Las Rocas, a local Princeton mexican restaurant. We also enjoy Tokyo House for some great sushi or chicken fried rice. For shopping, there are two Walmarts, on either side of the neighborhood, one in Lucas and one in Princeton.
